  • WHAT IS COLIVING?
    Coliving is a new way of living for like-minded people with community and collective experiences at its core. Coliving is popular in major cities as a means of affordable living for students, workers, digital nomads, or individuals relocating. Unlike traditional apartments, coliving is attractive to tenants due to affordability, flexibility, included amenities, and a sense of community.
  • BENEFITS OF COLIVING
    Fully furnished amenities, fully-equipped kitchen, workspace. Weekly cleaning. All of the utilities are included in the price so you never face any financial surprises. Peace of mind. If the water heater breaks, for example, you’re not liable to pay for any of the repair costs, our community manager will take care of it right away.
  • IS COLIVING FOR YOU?
    Coliving is perfect for those relocating for a new job, studying for a degree, working remotely, starting a new company, or getting to know a new city. Our members are Loyola Students, LAX and SoFi Stadium employees , location-flexible professionals as well as newcomers to LA transitioning from traditional living to coliving.
  • ROOM & CAPSULE BED
    4-people shared room. The room is shared between other community members. Each capsule bed comes with sockets, dimmable reading light, air-circulation fan and hangers.
  • PRICE
    $750 per month including all utilities. $200 refundable deposit. No Membership Fee and any other fees. We provide with towel and bedding(pillow, blanket, linens), kitchen supplies, cooking basic and much more.
